Technical Challenge
The Jubail ethylene cracker had suffered repeated cold-bridging failures at the cracker cold-train cradles, with localized ice formation and energy loss documented across the previous five years. The retrofit had to be executed inside a 38-day shutdown window with live-adjacent piping, no flame work permitted at five elevations, and full SABIC SES-Q01 documentation per weld station.
Vinn Al Azl Solution
نفّذت فَنّ العَزْل نظاماً مركّباً من PIR كثافة 50 كغ/م³ في الطبقة الأولى مع PUR في الطبقة الثانية لتحقيق التوافق الميكانيكي على نقاط التحميل، مع أحذية باردة مسبّقة التصنيع لتفادي عملية اللصق الموقعي. تم إكمال الأعمال خلال 35 يوماً (3 أيام تحت الجدول) مع توثيق كامل لكل وصلة وفق مواصفة سابك، مع صفر حوادث.
