This Material Test Report certifies that the product identified above has been tested under controlled laboratory conditions in accordance with the referenced ASTM and Saudi Aramco engineering standards (SAES-Q-009 §4). All measured properties conform to the specified acceptance criteria. The material is approved for installation under the project insulation specification and is traceable to batch records retained per Vinn Al Azl QMS clause 8.5.2.
يُشهد بأن المنتج المُعرَّف أعلاه قد جرى اختباره وفق شروط معملية مضبوطة طبقًا لمواصفات ASTM وأرامكو السعودية الهندسية (SAES-Q-009 §4). جميع الخصائص المُقاسة مطابقة لمعايير القبول، والمادة معتمدة للتركيب وفق مواصفات العزل الخاصة بالمشروع، ومتعقّبة سجلات الدُّفعة طبقًا للبند 8.5.2 من نظام إدارة الجودة في فَنّ العَزْل.
