LC Requirements · مُتطلَّبات الاعتماد المُستَنَدِيّ
Letter of Credit must be irrevocable, at sight, transferable, confirmed by a first-class
international bank, drawn under UCP 600 (ICC Pub. 600). Documents required:
commercial invoice (3 originals), packing list, certificate of origin (Saudi Chamber-stamped),
mill test certificates, SASO conformity certificate, and bill of lading marked "freight prepaid"
consigned to {{lc_consignee}}.

Payment
100% irrevocable LC at sight, OR 30% TT advance + 70% LC at sight, OR 100% TT advance for orders < USD 250k. All bank charges outside KSA to buyer's account.
Delivery
6–8 weeks ex-works Dammam upon LC receipt and approved shop drawings. Site DAP on separate logistics quote.
Validity
This pro-forma is valid 60 calendar days. Price firm during validity; thereafter subject to revision per PIR / PUR / steel indices.
Warranty
12 months from delivery against material defects, per Aramco SAES-Q-008 §6.7 and ISO 9001:2015 §8.5.5.

١٠٠٪ اعتماد مستندي غير قابل للإلغاء عند الاطِّلاع، أو ٣٠٪ دفعة مُقدَّمة + ٧٠٪ اعتماد. جميع الرُّسوم البنكيّة خارج المملكة على حساب المُشتَري.
التَّسليم
من ٦ إلى ٨ أسابيع تسليم المصنع — الدمام، بعد استلام الاعتماد واعتماد المخطَّطات.

هذه الفاتورة المَبدَئيّة ساريّة لمدّة ٦٠ يومًا تقويميًا.
الضَّمان
